RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us under certain conditions. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We want you to love ONYOU products, but we understand skin varies. If your unused, unopened product didn't work for you or caused irritation within 30 days of purchase, we offer refunds (excluding postage).

After 30 days, we can't accept returns. Give our products time; use them consistently for a month, especially for concerns like wrinkles or dry skin. If you don't see results, contact our team – we're here to help.



RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email us at onyou@onyoukbeauty.com and our customer service team will guide you throughout the entire process and will ensure your return is hassle-free, quick and easy 🙌


Please note that ONYOU do not cover return shipping charges. We thereforestrongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned: Gift cards
