Returns and refunds
5. All of our products are non-refundable once you open the package or the product. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, please email us at onyou@onyoukbeauty.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include your name, order number and concerns. You will then be offered two options; an exchange or online voucher/credit that you can use in the future.
Free Gift
6. From time to time we may run “Free Gift” offers or promotions when you purchase qualifying products. The free gift cannot be substituted or exchanged for any other product, cash or credit. Only one free gift per person and per order. The free gift is subject to availability and is only available for new customers and while stocks last. In the event the free gift becomes unavailable or out of stock then no gift or cash alternatives will be provided. Digital gift card orders are excluded from the free gift promotions.
